Photo Exhibition for Victims of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday

St. Gallen, Switzerland—September 29, 2023: The Iranian community in Switzerland hosted a photo exhibition to honor the memory of those fallen for freedom from Zahedan’s Bloody Friday, conveyed their unwavering support for the Iranian Revolution.

The Iranian community in St. Gallen underscored the aspirations of the Iranian people for a democratic republic, firmly rejecting any form of dictatorship, whether it be the mullahs or a return to the regime of the Shah.

Swiss citizens attended the photo exhibition and displayed their solidarity by signing a petition in support of the Iranian Revolution.

Furthermore, Iranians in St. Gallen called upon the international community to stand by the Iranian Revolution and take a resolute stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.

It’s noteworthy that the nationwide protests in Iran in 2022 spread to no fewer than 282 cities. The regime’s forces have reportedly killed over 750 people and arrested more than 30,000, as indicated by sources from the Iranian opposition, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK). The MEK has publicly disclosed the names of 675 protesters who lost their lives during these events.
