Demonstration of Iranian communities and supporters of the PMOI in London On the anniversary of the uprising and in solidarity with the risen people in Iran

At the invitation of Iranian communities, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI), in the UK, a demonstration was held on Saturday January 5th in front of the British Prime Minister’s Office with the participation and speeches by Roger Lions, former British Labor Unions leader, Malcolm Fowler of the British Bar Association, a number of members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran and representatives of Iranian communities in the UK. Participants and speakers commemorated the anniversary of 2018 Iran uprising, condemned the suppression of the recent demonstrations in Iran and expressed solidarity with the brave risen people. They called on the British Prime Minister and the Foreign Office to support the demands of the uprising people for changing the fascist religious dictatorship regime and to condemn the killings and crackdown of defenseless protesters.
